Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact the Housing Services Center (Navy Aloha Center) at (808) 474-1820/1821. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

NS Pearl Harbor On Post Housing

• Single service members can contact the Unaccompanied Housing Administration Office  (808) 473-1203/5995 for check-in procedures and room assigments.
  
  
• On-base housing for NS Pearl Harbor is privatized. To check available housing for your rank and family size, contact Hunt Military Communities (808) 839-4357. They have a wide variety of home styles and sizes throughout 22 neighborhoods. Homes may come equipped with washer/dryer hookups, free lawn care, garage, carport, balcony or patio. The communities feature playgrounds, walking trails, fitness centers and more.
